Justice graduated from Tshwane University of Technology in 2000 with a National Diploma in Civil Engineering. He obtained his B Tech degree in Structural Engineering from the University of Johannesburg in 2003. Justice is currently registered for a Masters degree in Construction Management with Tshwane University of Technology. He is registered with The South African Institution of Civil Engineering (SAICE) as a member (Reg No: 990179), the Engineering Council of South African (ECSA) as Professional Engineering Technologist (Reg No: 200770054) and South African Black Technical & Allied Careers Organisation (SABTACO) as a member.

He initially worked as an Assistant Resident Engineer in Mpumalanga where he gained experience in contract administration on projects ranging from township and rural development infrastructure, building services and project /construction management. He has enormous experience in design of engineering structures, commercial buildings including office parks, retail facilities and high rise buildings.

Glen was born in Tembisa and moved to rural areas of Limpopo province in the early nineties due to family relocation. Change in living environment and lifestyle brought him the strength and ambition to want to better his standard of living and that of communities around him. He decided to study civil engineering after realizing that it serves the basic needs of the communities. matriculated with distinctions and started his Civil engineering diploma immediately after his Grade 12 at the University of Johannesburg.

He graduated in record time and started his B Tech degree in Engineering specializing in water, structural and urban designs. He is registered with Engineering Council of South Africa as Professional Engineering Technologist. Reg No. 201170136) He gained much of his experience from the consulting engineering companies both in the design office and site supervision. He specialize mostly with the design of civil engineering infrastructure. He then furthered his studies and gained a certificate in Project Management from Wits University.

Thabo holds a B Tech degree in Water Engineering and is a graduate member of South African Institution of Civil Engineering (SAICE). Mr. Mathabatha worked for various civil engineering contractors as a site agent where he gained extensive experience in contract administration on projects ranging from township and building services, rural development infrastructure, project and construction management. With his experience in construction, Thabo joined a consulting civil engineering firm in Polokwane as an Office Manager specializing in the design and management of water, sewer and roads projects.
